We provide one-on-one personal training to help you transition from therapy to mindful self-exercise. You can feel confident knowing our therapists and trainers work closely on a case by case basis collaborating on each client’s rehabilitation protocols, exercise selection, and coaching to develop an exercise program that is not only uniquely yours but also effective and safe.
Your training program will be designed based on your current level of fitness as well as your goals. Physical assessments will be conducted periodically and used as a monitoring and progress tool.

Not sure if your body mechanics for a specific exercise or body movement is correct? Our personal trainers can virtually assess and provide in depth feedback for olympic lifts, squat techniques, pressing techniques, bench form and other movements.
